"Caloporteur" heater system cabinet

The Caloporteur heater system cabinet, integrated in a rotomolded polyethylene cabinet, is an anti-freeze system for your drinkers installations.
Based on a central heating concept, the water circuit passing through the drinkers is supplied in a loop (up to 300 m) thanks to a food grade quality circulator.
The water passes through a stainless steel heater containing a 3000 W heating element which instantly heats it. An IP 55 pre-configured sealed regulation unit controls the temperature of the water return and the heater limiting energy consumption.
Additional safeties include non-return valves, a valve, an automatic air purger, and a water lack detector/warner (in case of mains shut down).
Depending on the type, diameter, and length of tube used, about thirty drinkers can be protected by this system (calculated based on 300 m of insulated PE pipe with external temperature at -18° and water at 8°).
This equipment must be installed by a professional in compliance with electrical standards.
